Per business. Guests, homeowners and agents you text never pay. Starter and Pro include 1 user. Team includes up to 5.
What counts as a visit?
A visit is a scheduled meet-at-a-place event with a time window, people, and optional access notes. The glossary calls that an appointment in product language and a visit in field examples.
Monthly text and call limits?
Starter: 300 texts and 25 calls. Pro: 1,000 texts and 100 calls. Team: 3,000 texts and 300 calls. Free sends nothing itself, so it has no limit: you send each draft from your own phone.
What if I go over?
Extra texts are 3 cents each and extra calls are 10 cents each. Nothing stops mid-month.
Is there a setup fee?
$25 once, which is what the phone carriers charge to register your business for texting. It is free when you pay yearly.
What happens when SureShow texting turns on?
Free stays free. A paid plan starts only when you choose one, after SureShow can send texts for you. We confirm before any charge. Sending the early-access form does not bill you.
FAQ
Is Free really free forever?
Yes. Drafting texts in Claude and sending them from your own phone stays free.
Do participants pay?
No. Only the organizer needs SureShow.
When does voice escalate?
Preview Not on yet. When it is, every paid plan includes calls: if someone has not confirmed by text in the window you set, SureShow calls them, then tells you if they still have not answered.
