Appointment coordination only

SureShow is built for scheduled appointments, site visits, service calls, inspections, estimates, maintenance visits, and job-site coordination. SureShow is not for marketing blasts, cold outreach, lead generation, purchased lists, prospecting, skip tracing, debt collection, political texting, adult, cannabis, gambling, financial-offer, affiliate, or promotional messaging.

SMS consent controls

SureShow appointment text workflows are designed to keep SMS consent separate from other consent. Consent records can include the appointment context, participant role, phone number, timestamp, source, and the exact checkbox or disclosure text shown.

Opt-out handling

SureShow is designed to recognize STOP and HELP-style message flows for appointment coordination texts. Opt-out suppression is intended to block future appointment texts to opted-out numbers unless a valid opt-in path is completed.

Limited data use

SureShow collects and uses appointment coordination information such as names, phone numbers, appointment times, visit addresses, attendee roles, access notes, confirmation status, opt-in and opt-out records, and support requests only as needed to provide and support the service.

Mobile information

SureShow does not sell or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone information with third parties for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

Access controls and provider readiness

SureShow is being built toward organization-scoped access controls, appointment-scoped records, consent enforcement, opt-out suppression, webhook signature validation, and provider-mode safety gates before live carrier messaging is enabled.

Current status

SureShow is not claiming SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, or other formal certification. Live SMS sending remains blocked until provider approval and explicit internal enablement are complete.
