Calendar integration
Your calendar keeps the time. SureShow keeps the truth.
SureShow is not another calendar. Import visits from Google Calendar (or any calendar that exports .ics), run them on a green / yellow / red status board, and optionally mirror that status back onto the calendar event so you can see readiness without opening five text threads.
Last updated: July 16, 2026 · Live SMS remains carrier-gated; calendar import and status mirror work without Telnyx.

What you see on Google Calendar
Google does not allow fully custom “orbs,” but it does support:
- Event colors from Google’s fixed palette (mapped to green / yellow / red).
- Emoji and short codes in the event title — visible on phone and desktop.
- Notes in the description for longer SureShow status detail (optional).

Organizers who live in Google all day can glance at the calendar and know which visits are actually ready — without replacing Jobber, Calendly, or their existing schedule.
Supported calendar sources (roadmap)
- Now in the app prototype: Simulated Google day import, .ics paste/import, status mirror preview.
- Next: Google Calendar OAuth (read events, optional write for color/title).
- Then: Jobber and other field tools where APIs allow; Apple via .ics export or device calendar APIs.
Consent still comes first
Dumping a calendar into SureShow puts people on the board. It does not opt them into SMS. The business records affirmative verbal consent (or digital consent) before any SureShow text is sent. See the full process on the SMS Consent Process page.
What SureShow is not
- Not a CRM or dispatch replacement.
- Not live GPS or guaranteed minute-perfect ETAs.
- Not marketing blasts from your calendar contacts.
