Please include the appointment type, the appointment date and time (if relevant), and a short description of the issue so we can route the request.

Text message help

When live texting turns on, SureShow will send transactional appointment coordination text messages for scheduled visits. It does not send them today. Messages may include appointment invites, reminders, confirmation requests, participant confirmations, schedule updates, reschedule notices, cancellation notices, and appointment status updates.

Reply HELP to a SureShow appointment text for help. Reply STOP to opt out of SureShow SMS messages. For additional text message questions, email support@sureshow.app.

Appointment issue examples

Contact support if an appointment time looks wrong, a participant needs to be updated, a scheduled appointment was canceled or rescheduled, a message was unexpected, or an appointment status appears incorrect.

Privacy and data

For privacy or data questions, email support@sureshow.app with “Privacy Request” in the subject line when appropriate. You can also review the Privacy Policy.

Review the Terms of Service, SMS Terms, and Texts & Updates page for details about SureShow appointment coordination messages, STOP and HELP instructions, message frequency, and message and data rates.

Billing and account help

For billing or account questions, email support@sureshow.app. Include the account email address and a short description of the question.

Response expectations

SureShow LLC reviews support requests during normal business operations and prioritizes issues that affect active scheduled appointments, SMS opt-outs, privacy requests, billing questions, and account access.

Not for emergencies

SureShow is not an emergency service and should not be used for emergency communications. If there is an emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate on-site contact directly.
