For SureShow support, email [email protected]. Please include the appointment type, the appointment date and time, and a short description of the issue so the support team can route the request.
Text message help
SureShow sends transactional appointment coordination text messages for scheduled visits. Messages may include appointment invites, reminders, confirmation requests, participant confirmations, schedule updates, reschedule notices, cancellation notices, and appointment status updates.
Reply HELP to a SureShow appointment text for help. Reply STOP to opt out of SureShow SMS messages. For additional text message questions, email [email protected].
Appointment issue examples
Contact support if an appointment time looks wrong, an appointment participant needs to be updated, a scheduled appointment was canceled or rescheduled, a message was unexpected, or an appointment status appears incorrect.

SureShow reviews support requests during normal business operations and prioritizes issues that affect active scheduled appointments, SMS opt-outs, privacy requests, billing questions, and account access.
