For SureShow support, email [email protected]. Please include the appointment type, the appointment date and time, and a short description of the issue so the support team can route the request.

Text message help

SureShow LLC's own text program covers requested product demonstrations, account onboarding, customer support, and operational account notices. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. For additional questions, email [email protected].

Businesses using the SureShow software send appointment messages under their own business names, registrations, and dedicated phone numbers. For help with one of those messages, reply HELP or contact the business named in the message.

Appointment issue examples

Contact support if an appointment time looks wrong, an appointment participant needs to be updated, a scheduled appointment was canceled or rescheduled, a message was unexpected, or an appointment status appears incorrect.

Response expectations

SureShow reviews support requests during normal business operations and prioritizes issues that affect active scheduled appointments, SMS opt-outs, privacy requests, billing questions, and account access.

Not for emergencies

SureShow is not an emergency service and should not be used for emergency communications. If there is an emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate on-site contact directly.
