How it works
See the appointment status before the phone starts ringing.
Live Today an AI assistant creates the visit, adds the people, and drafts the texts. You send those texts from your own phone, and each person's status shows on a shareable page. Preview When live texting turns on, SureShow will send the texts and collect the replies.
Five steps. One calmer appointment.
You do not need a three-week training course. You need a cleaner day.
1. Create the visit Live
Today: from an AI assistant, add the place, the time window, and the notes people forget in the driveway (gate, lockbox, pets, parking). With Telnyx: the same visit is what SureShow will text about, once sending is built and the number is approved.
2. Add the people Live
Today: add each person. They do not need one another's phone numbers. Record a yes by text, phone, or in person. STOP is honored. With Telnyx: SureShow will be able to text those people from the business number after that yes.
3. Draft the texts Live Sending is preview
Today: SureShow drafts the texts. You review them and send each one from your own phone. SureShow does not send SMS. When live texting turns on, SureShow will text everyone. No app for guests. Automated reminders turn on in that same step, and they are not on yet.
4. Status Live Auto replies are preview
Today: you mark someone confirmed, and each person's status shows on a shareable page. Replies to texts you sent from your phone are not pulled in automatically. With Telnyx: confirmed, on my way, arrived, left, running late, and can't-make-it replies will return to the visit.
5. Green light Preview
Today the shareable page shows who is confirmed. When live texting turns on, the board will show who replied, who is quiet, and what needs attention before anyone drives. Voice calls and AI no-show prediction stay off until they're ready. A Telnyx number alone does not turn them on.

What the board catches
Customer text
Any idea when he’ll be here?
Answered from the board
Frank is heading your way shortly — latest known status is on the way.
One place to see confirmed, on the way, and what needs attention.
Customers feel updated without more “where are you?” calls.
The office leaves the middleman role when status lives on the visit.
Not GPS. Not a guaranteed ETA. Just the latest known status — so fewer visits fall apart in the dark.
Example · Frank’s afternoon
A lawn day should not turn the owner into a call center.
Example: Frank has five stops. The Johnson house is 1:00–3:00. At 12:50 Mrs. Johnson texts, “Any idea when he’ll be here?”
Without SureShow, that often means: she calls the office, the office calls Frank, Frank is on a mower, somebody half-answers, somebody forgets to call her back, and now three people are irritated.
With SureShow, the question hits the visit. Frank can reply with a quick status. She gets a clear answer. You stay out of the middle unless something is actually wrong.
Example · empty property meet-up
Three people. One house. Zero shared contacts.
Example: An agent coordinates an inspection at an empty property. The inspector, buyer, and radon professional all need the same timing information, but nobody has everyone else’s number. The agent becomes the switchboard the second anyone is late.
SureShow puts the visit in one place. If the inspector is late, they text the system. The right people get the update. The agent is not stuck playing telephone while trying to sell houses.
This is not another calendar.
Calendars tell you when something is supposed to happen. When live texting turns on, SureShow will help you see whether the people involved are aware, responding, and still on track. Today, the shareable page shows the status you record.
Preview Calendar import is simulated in a prototype only. It is not working in the live product. A pasted .ics file or a simulated Google day, and mirroring green, yellow, and red back onto a Google event, are part of that preview.
- Built around SMS, because participants actually read and answer texts.
- Built around addresses, because these appointments happen at real places.
- Built around confirmations, because scheduled does not mean ready.
- Built around organizer visibility, because the coordinator is not always attending.
- Built around status questions, because “where is my guy?” should not require three phone calls.
- Built to sit on top of your calendar, not replace Google, Apple, or Jobber.
FAQ
Quick answers
Who needs the app?
The organizer. Guests and workers can stay on text.
How does a homeowner get a status?
Today, status is what you record on the shareable page. When live texting turns on, they will text the appointment number and get an answer from the latest known update.
Do people need each other’s numbers?
No. That is a big part of why this feels calm instead of chaotic.
What if someone does not reply?
Today you see who you have marked confirmed on the shareable page. Automatic tracking of who has not replied to a SureShow text is preview.
Does this replace my calendar or scheduling software?
No. Keep Google, Apple, or Jobber. Preview Calendar import and status colors on the calendar are simulated in a prototype only. Details →
Can participants opt out of texts?
Live STOP is honored now: a person who opted out is not given a send link. Preview When SureShow sends texts, those messages will include STOP instructions. SureShow is for appointment updates, not marketing blasts.
