Information we may collect

We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website traffic, including pages viewed, referring pages, and browser or device information. We do not intentionally send appointment details, message content, phone numbers, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information to analytics tools.

Depending on how SureShow is used, we may collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment times, visit addresses, attendee roles, access notes, confirmation status, opt-in and opt-out records, account information, and support requests.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, coordinate appointments, maintain consent and opt-out records, support accounts, complete messaging registration, and improve reliability.

SureShow LLC corporate SMS

If you separately opt in at sureshow.app/sms-opt-in, SureShow LLC may use your mobile number for requested product demonstrations, account onboarding, customer support, and operational account notices. This consent does not authorize a SureShow customer business to text you.

Customer-business appointment SMS

A business using SureShow is responsible for its own appointment-messaging program and acts as the sender for those messages. SureShow processes message content, consent records, opt-outs, and delivery information as a service provider for that business. Each business must use its own registration, consent flow, and dedicated phone number.

Business registration information

We may collect legal business details and federal tax information privately to verify a business and submit required messaging registrations. Full tax identifiers are not displayed publicly and should not be stored in ordinary client-readable application records. They may be shared only with verification providers, messaging providers, carriers, registries, professional advisers, or authorities as needed to complete registration, operate the service, or comply with law.

SMS consent and mobile information

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers, messaging providers, carriers, and vendors only as needed to deliver and support the messaging service or as required by law.

Your choices

Reply STOP to opt out of the SMS program that messaged you or HELP for help. Because SureShow LLC and customer businesses operate separate programs, opting out of one program does not by itself create consent for another.
