AI connector: current release

SureShow helps you coordinate appointments through your AI assistant. It prepares texts; you review and send them from your own phone. Live automated texting is off, and a draft is not a sent message. Add only people whose information you have the right to provide, obtain permission before appointment texts, and honor opt-outs including STOP replies received on your phone. You are responsible for the messages you send and for recording accurate confirmations and consent.

The connector is not for emergency communication and does not guarantee attendance, message delivery or availability. Keep your account access secure. Connector support: hello@sureshow.app. See the Privacy Policy. This section describes the current connector where broader messaging features below do not apply.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SureShow website, software, and related services operated by SureShow LLC.

1. Company identity

The service is provided by SureShow LLC (“SureShow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Illinois limited liability company.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SureShow LLC—not with any individual owner, officer, employee, or contractor personally, except as required by law that cannot be waived.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sureshow.app, requesting early access, creating or using an account, or using any SureShow feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use SureShow on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

3. Description of the service

SureShow is appointment coordination software and an appointment status board powered by text messages. It is designed to help organizers coordinate scheduled visits, collect confirmations, capture status updates (such as on-my-way or running-late replies), attach access notes, and review readiness status among participants.

SureShow is a coordination and messaging tool. It is not a guarantee that any person will attend, arrive on time, complete work, unlock a property, or perform any contractual duty. It does not replace calendars, contracts, dispatch systems, medical systems, emergency services, or legal process.

4. Early access and product status

SureShow may be offered in early access, pilot, beta, or preview form. Features may change, break, be delayed, limited, or discontinued. We may throttle messaging, require waitlists, or restrict industries while SMS providers and carrier programs are configured.

Early access does not create any obligation for us to provide a paid plan, specific uptime, enterprise features, certifications, or continued free use.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SureShow as an organizer or account holder. The service is directed to businesses and adult organizers, not children.

6. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@sureshow.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your responsibilities as organizer

If you use SureShow to coordinate visits or send messages, you are the organizer of those communications. You agree that you alone are responsible for:

Obtaining affirmative consent from each recipient before enabling SMS, including reading the approved disclosure and receiving a clear yes when using verbal consent;
Using the approved SureShow SMS disclosure language;
Accurately recording the consent method, timestamp, disclosure version, and related consent details in SureShow;
Not fabricating consent or falsely certifying that a recipient agreed to messaging;
Not uploading purchased lists, scraped numbers, or unrelated leads for messaging;
Not using SureShow messaging for marketing, promotions, coupons, lead generation, or unrelated sales under this campaign;
Only messaging people involved in a real scheduled appointment or visit;
Providing accurate names, roles, times, locations, and access notes;
Not including unlawful content, harassment, threats, or sensitive information you are not authorized to share;
Honoring opt-outs immediately and not re-enabling messaging without a new valid consent;
Complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM (where applicable), state telemarketing and privacy laws, carrier rules, and your industry regulations;
Your relationships with customers, workers, vendors, tenants, family members, volunteers, and other participants—including no-shows, late arrivals, disputes, property access, and job outcomes;
Deciding what status information is reliable enough for your operational decisions.

An organizer confirmation checkbox inside SureShow records that you already obtained the recipient’s permission. It is not itself the customer’s consent.

SureShow may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the messaging system, including fabricated consent, list abuse, marketing use of this campaign, or failure to honor opt-outs.

SureShow LLC provides software and messaging infrastructure. We do not become a party to your appointments, service contracts, employment relationships, custody arrangements, or property access agreements. See also SMS Consent Process and SMS Terms.

8. SMS and messaging

If a phone number is provided and valid SMS consent exists, SureShow may send transactional appointment coordination messages such as invites, reminders, confirmation requests, schedule updates, reschedule or cancellation notices, running-late or on-my-way acknowledgments, arrival notifications, and organizer status updates. Message frequency varies by appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Valid consent may be verbal consent recorded before the first text, direct digital opt-in, or another approved path described in the SMS Consent Process. The first SMS after verbal consent confirms that existing opt-in; it does not obtain initial consent. Optional secondary digital confirmation creates additional written evidence and does not retroactively authorize the first message.

SMS consent is separate from email consent and from acceptance of these Terms. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. Appointments may be created without enabling SMS. STOP opt-outs persist across future appointments until a new valid opt-in is obtained. Details are in the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Message delivery depends on carriers, messaging providers, recipient devices, network conditions, and opt-out status. We do not guarantee delivery, read receipts, or that a reply will be received or correctly interpreted.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use SureShow for:

Marketing blasts, cold outreach, lead generation, purchased or scraped lists, prospecting, skip tracing, or debt collection;
Political campaigning, adult content, cannabis retail promotion, gambling, deceptive financial offers, affiliate spam, or other prohibited messaging categories under carrier or provider rules;
Emergency, life-safety, 911, or time-critical medical dispatch communications;
Harassment, fraud, impersonation, malware, scraping our systems, reverse engineering (except as allowed by law), or interfering with the service;
Violating any person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;
Any use that would reasonably expose SureShow LLC, carriers, or messaging providers to regulatory enforcement or network bans.

We may investigate, suspend, or terminate access for suspected violations without prior notice when reasonably necessary to protect the service, recipients, or our providers.

10. Not for emergencies or regulated care systems

SureShow is not an emergency service and must not be used when someone needs emergency services. Contact 911 or local emergency services when appropriate.

Unless we expressly agree in a signed writing, SureShow is not offered as a HIPAA-covered service, medical device, electronic health record, home-health clinical system, or life-safety monitoring system. If your use involves health, senior care, or other regulated data, you are responsible for determining whether SureShow is appropriate and for your own compliance. Do not upload protected health information unless we have a separate written agreement that expressly allows it.

11. Fees and early access

Early access may be free or promotional. If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing period, taxes, and refund rules will be stated at purchase or in an order form. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

12. Intellectual property

The SureShow name, logos, website, software, designs, and documentation are owned by SureShow LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works of the service except as allowed by law or written permission.

You retain rights in content you submit (such as visit details and access notes). You grant SureShow LLC a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

13. Third-party services

The service may rely on third parties such as hosting providers, SMS and voice providers, carriers, email or form processors, analytics (if enabled), and payment processors. Those parties have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, filtering, blocking, or policy changes outside our reasonable control.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit personal information of others to SureShow unless you have the right to do so.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURESHOW LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) STATUS INFORMATION WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE; (C) ANY PERSON WILL CONFIRM, ARRIVE, OR PERFORM WORK; (D) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE; OR (E) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURESHOW LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; PROPERTY ACCESS FAILURES; MISSED APPOINTMENTS; NO-SHOWS; LATE ARRIVALS; OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH THIRD PARTIES—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SURESHOW LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. These limits are a fundamental part of the bargain and apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise).

17. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SureShow LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) content or phone numbers you submit; (c) your messaging practices or alleged TCPA, privacy, or telemarketing violations; (d) your appointments, customers, workers, or property access arrangements; or (e) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

18. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for recipients or providers, fail to pay fees when due, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

19. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on the site when practical. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different process.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by law, exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing support@sureshow.app with a short description of the issue and allowing 30 days for a response.

21. Export and sanctions

You may not use the service if you are prohibited from receiving U.S. services under applicable export control or sanctions laws.

22. Miscellaneous

These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and any order form or signed addendum, are the entire agreement between you and SureShow LLC regarding the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
