For contractors

The estimate, the install, and the punch list all need people who actually show.

Live Today an AI assistant can draft appointment texts. You send them from your own phone. Consent, STOP, and each person's status on a shareable page work now. Preview SureShow does not send texts yet. Automated reminders are coming soon. The rest of this page describes that preview.

Homeowners, subs, and project managers all orbit the same address. SureShow is an appointment status board powered by text messages — so status does not live in twelve different phones.

No app for homeowners or subs. Latest known status on the visit. Works beside your project tools.

Sub confirmed On my way Running late Needs attention

Example · kitchen remodel rough-in

Electrician at 8. Plumber at 9:30. Homeowner thought “sometime this week.”

Rough-in day on a kitchen remodel. You need the electrician first so the plumber is not waiting on boxes. The homeowner is working from the dining room and has a dog that barks at every truck. The electrician is finishing a service call across town and “should be fine for 8.”

At 8:20 the plumber texts: “I’m early — open?” The homeowner texts: “Is today still happening?” The electrician is in a crawlspace. You are the GC and the human switchboard.

SureShow puts all three roles on the visit with access notes (side door, dog, park on the right). Confirmations and on-my-way updates land on the board. You step in for real decisions — not every ping.

GCs already carry enough risk. Status should not be one more invisible load.

Kitchen rough-in · 14 Northfield · Electrician 8:00, plumber 9:30. Side door. Dog in crate after 7:45. Reply C to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out.
C — electrician, leaving service call now
On my way — 20 min
Latest known status: electrician on the way (~20). Plumber still confirmed 9:30.
Punch list · 14 Northfield · paint touch-ups Thu AM after humidity check. Reply C if still good. Reply STOP to opt out.
Humidity still high — need Fri AM
Marked needs attention: paint pushed to Fri AM. Handyman sequence to follow.

Example · punch list under closing pressure

Buyer moves Friday. Painter needs dry walls. Touch-up guy needs the painter done.

Punch list week. The buyer’s agent is sending “any update?” screenshots. Your painter is waiting on humidity. The handyman is stacked behind the painter. Everyone is “almost ready” until they are not.

A status board does not dry drywall faster. It does stop you from promising a sequence that already broke — because you can see who confirmed, who is late, and what needs attention before you text the agent something you will regret.

Clear status protects your reputation when the calendar is already tight.

Built for multi-trade mornings

What contractors get from the board.

Subs without the scavenger hunt

Add electrician, plumber, painter — they do not need each other’s numbers.

Homeowner calm

On-my-way and running-late updates beat silence every time.

Access that sticks

Gate codes, pets, HOA rules attached to the visit — not lost in a thread.

Sequence before load-out

See who is quiet before trailers leave the yard.

Clear boundaries

Status layer — not another project platform.

Keep Jobber, Buildertrend, spreadsheets, or whatever already runs the job. SureShow sits beside those tools as the appointment status board powered by text messages.

  • Is: confirmations, on my way, running late, arrived, needs attention.
  • Is: no app required for homeowners or most subs.
  • Is not: live GPS tracking or guaranteed minute-perfect ETAs.
  • Is not: a full CRM, estimating suite, or dispatch replacement.
  • Is not: a promise that nobody will ever run late.
