Home health & in-home care
Home health visit status without 11 family texts asking “is the aide there yet?”
Aides, clients, and family members all need the same truth: confirmed, on the way, arrived. SureShow is appointment status by text — not an EHR, not clinical charting.
Product first: one status board · confirmations by text · on my way / running late · latest known status · no app for guests.
In one sentence
SureShow helps home health coordinators confirm visits by text and share latest known arrival status with family or office staff — without requiring clients to download an app.
What SureShow is here
Appointment status by text — not another group chat.
You organize the visit. Participants get normal SMS. Replies become confirmed, on my way, running late, arrived, or needs attention on one board. That is the product.
Example · morning med assist, gate code changed
Aide is on the way. Gate code in the chart is wrong. Family is at work and the client cannot open the app.
Example: 8:00 med assist. The community changed gate codes last week. The aide is circling. The daughter is in a meeting. The agency phone lights up. The client is waiting in a chair by the door.
Clinical software stored the old code. Nobody confirmed access for today’s visit.
The aha: The aha: care quality is blocked by access status — and the family group chat is a terrible EHR for gates.
SureShow attaches access notes to the visit and lets the aide mark on my way / arrived as latest known status. Family or office can see readiness without a 12-person text storm. Not medical advice — logistics status only.
Access is part of the visit product.
Example · two aides, one client, overlapping tasks
Nurse visit at 10. OT at 11. Client fatigues if both stack wrong.
Example: Scheduling looked fine. Nurse ran late. OT arrived on time and is waiting in the driveway. The client is exhausted by noon and refuses the second visit — which becomes a documentation and revenue problem.
The aha: The aha: multi-person care days need the same status board as multi-trade construction days.
Running-late status on the SureShow board lets coordinators protect the client and resequence — product-first logistics, not clinical decision support.
Sequence only works if late is visible.
