Use of the service

SureShow is designed to help organizers create visits, add attendees, send appointment reminder texts, collect confirmations, and review readiness status. Some capabilities may be available as early access or preview features.

SMS messaging

If you provide a phone number for a scheduled visit, SureShow may send appointment reminder and confirmation messages related to that visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Information connected to visits

The service may process names, phone numbers, appointment times, visit addresses, attendee roles, access notes, confirmation status, opt-in and opt-out records, and support requests so appointment participants and organizers can understand who is expected, where the visit is, when it occurs, and whether confirmations have been received.

Reminder: SureShow reminder: You're scheduled for a home inspection at 123 Oak Street today at 10:00 AM. Reply YES to confirm, HELP for help, or STOP to opt out.

Confirmation: Thanks - you're confirmed for 10:00 AM at 123 Oak Street.

Organizer update: Green light: Buyer, Inspector, and Realtor confirmed for 123 Oak Street at 10:00 AM.
